Your new role
Here is a summary of the role you are applying for;Below are some of the key responsibilities for the role;

• Quality Control Processes: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
• Inspection and Testing: Conduct inspections and tests on machine tools and automation solutions to identify defects or non-conformities.
• Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects or non-conformities.
• Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including inspection reports and test records.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and engineering, to ensure quality standards are met.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement changes to enhance overall quality performance.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate, should have;

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control or assurance in the manufacturing industry.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and testing methods. Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Lean/Six Sigma: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
