Purchaser Role in a leading Manufacturing Company
Your new role
As a Purchaser, you will:
- Play a key role in analysing, planning, and coordinating material procurement to ensure smooth production operations.
- Be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships while maintaining compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9000/14000.
- Be involved in inventory management, supplier audits, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Handle enquiry/feedback/complaints related to supplier materials.
What you'll need to succeed - 3–5 years of purchasing/procurement experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, and inventory management.
- Experience working with ISO standards (9000/14000) and understanding of ROHS/MSDS testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills to monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
