My client from the healthcare industry is looking for a Project Specialist to support their recent exciting project. They are known for providing integrated and innovative healthcare solutions. It operates as both an Academic Health System and a Regional Health System, leveraging its unique position to collaborate with academic institutions for research and education.
Your new role
As Project Specialist (Healthcare), your task is as below, but not limited to:
Assist the development team in design and medical planning discussions for clinical departments and facilitate user workgroup sessions.
Co-lead and support the planning, organising, and coordinating of architectural, medical planning, interior design, and MEP requirements for the hospital.
Work closely with stakeholders, consultants, and users to develop design briefs, options, and solutions that meet user requirements.
Organise meetings and stakeholder engagements, take minutes, and track follow-up actions and closure.
Stay updated on healthcare planning topics and issues to support hospital development in the desired direction.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Architecture /Interior Designing / Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Engineering/Civil & Structure Engineering/ Project Manager or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management experience.
Only candidates with a healthcare background will be considered.
Team player with good interpersonal, proactive, communication skills to collaborate and manage with various stakeholders.
Good time management on tasks allocated, resourceful, self-motivated, driven with the ability to multitask.
