You’ll be joining the Data Centre team, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal technical teams.

Your new role

• Manage on‑site project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and to required standards.
• Define project scope, budget, schedule, and implementation approach.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Oversee compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support tender activities, cost control, procurement, and material planning.
• Supervise junior engineers or technicians when required.
• Handle commissioning, customer training, and final project handover.

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree with approximately 8 years of experience in building management systems or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Project.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising teams or subcontractors.
• Comfortable interacting with clients, consultants, and site personnel.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours when project timelines require it.
