Your new role

As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the Program & Project Managers by supervising and motivating project teams working in an agile environment, to enable complete assigned tasks within set time, to deliver top performance and remain within budget.

Your responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Developing and maintaining project schedules, RAID lists, status reports, & meeting agendas with action items.
• Responsible for coordinating the successful, on-time delivery of all application development efforts including complete and accurate requirements and testing results.
• Effectively communicates project status, including risks, issues, & dependencies to Program & Project Managers.
• This is a 9-12 months contract with opportunity to extend beyond.

What you'll need to succeed

• A track record of effective project and resource management, and experience working in an Agile manner
• Experience working with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Excel, Word.
• Have worked on ERP projects, enterprise resource implementation, Oracle implementation, or quote to report process management.
• You are an independent worker, self-starter and proactive.
