• Act as an Onboarding specialist to client and IB advisor on onboarding and renewal cases for various professional product and services across the Bank

• Responsible for timely reply on client advisor queries.

• Perform internal assessment against the onboarding criteria and requirements;

What you'll need to succeed

• 1 TO 2 years of experience within the banking industry under product onboarding or operations
• Good understanding of regulatory/investment suitability standards and have a general sense of risk awareness together with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving.
• Rsk conscious with emphasis on sensitive data sharing
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence with good presentation skills in engaging with diverse stakeholders in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
