What you will be doing

• Performance Management.
• Working with technical teams to understand new product features and enhancements
• Providing support for Audits
• Stakeholder management
• Identify and resolve production incidents
• Determine rootcause
• Management of incidents through existing ticketing system

The ideal candidate will possess

• Minimum 5 years of experience in application/production support within Corporate/Investment Banking
• L2 support experience
• Extensive experience in Mainframe
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
