Are you a highly motivated, results-driven individual seeking a dynamic role at the world’s largest financial services company in the world? Due to an expansion within the team, my client is looking for a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join them. You will be working in a different time zone covering markets outside of Asia.

Your new role

You'll be at the forefront of strategic sourcing initiatives and driving efficiency. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders, lead complex sourcing projects, and optimise procurement processes.

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex sourcing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and optimal outcomes.

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with portfolio companies, suppliers, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective RFQ strategies, ensuring competitive bidding and cost savings.

• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency.

• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of goods and services.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 4 years of experience in procurement/sourcing in a similar industry

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related

• Proven track record of successful sourcing projects and cost savings.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management
