My client is looking for a talented procurement professional to join our team and lead the sourcing of labour services that support engineering and operations excellence.

Your new role

• Strategise & Source:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and execute tender strategies that balance cost-effectiveness with quality.
• Contract Excellence:Draft clear and robust tender and contract documents that protect company interests and define supplier responsibilities.
• Negotiate & Analyze:Evaluate tender submissions, negotiate for best value, and ensure timely completion of procurement cycles.
• Manage & Monitor:Oversee post-contract activities, ensuring supplier compliance and performance.
• Drive Sustainability:Champion sustainable procurement practices aligned with corporate goals.
• Risk Management:Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the contract lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least a Degree holder with 3–4 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Strong grasp of tendering, contract negotiation, and governance.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, resourceful mindset with a drive for innovation and collaboration.
• Familiarity with SAP
