• Customer Focus: Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely responses and exceeding satisfaction standards.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and materials management to optimize plant operations and on-time delivery.
• Project Management: Provide project planning support to customers, addressing their enquiries promptly and ensuring successful project completion.
• Team Leadership: Lead daily production meetings to proactively identify and resolve any issues, ensuring adherence to customer order deadlines.
• Subcontractor Management: Oversee the Buyer/Planner and manage relationships with subcontract machining vendors to maintain balanced plant workload and on-time deliveries.
• Performance Tracking: Generate monthly revenue and on-time delivery projections, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer service orders within the ERP system, including prompt order acknowledgements.
• Team Development: Coach, train, and mentor staff to foster growth and career advancement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Bachelors / Diploma Engineering or relevant experience in planning.
• ERP exposure is a must.
• Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset
