International supply-chain company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join their team
Your new role
Handling a regional portfolio (China / Hong Kong & Singapore), the payroll analyst reports directly to the HR Manager.
He/She will process monthly payroll (HC: 200), prepare reports and dashboards such as payroll, overtime, attendance, headcount and periodic management reports as well as complete government and other online surveys.
The job also requires providing HR support pertaining to employee’s life cycle such as onboarding, confirmation, salary adjustment, promotion, transfer, contract conversion and cessation of service, and participating in ad-hoc projects.
At the same time, recommend continuous improvement to payroll processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum Diploma in Human resource management, Business Admin or related discipline and must be a specialist in payroll having spent at least 3-5 years of experience.
Candidate will be required to liaise with Hong Kong, China counterpart.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll software (BIPO) will be an advantage.
Open to work in both east / west side of Singapore (Candidate will be required to travel between 2 offices)
