Our client is a Japanese MNC company that manufactures machine tools. They are known for its CNC systems, machining centres, multitasking machines, and laser processing machines. Currently, they're looking for a Parts Specialist

Your new role

• Identify components for machine repairs using technical drawings.

• Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations.

• Process customer orders and coordinate timely shipments.

• Generate shipping documents and request supplier quotations.

• Maintain inventory records and collaborate with internal departments.

• Collaborate with internal departments and perform administrative duties, assist in other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

What you'll need to succeed

• Min of 1 year relevant experience (reading and interpreting technical drawings and parts lists) in a similar environment / industry.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
