Organisational Development Specialist | 12-month Contract Role (Renewable) | Up to $144k Annually | Hybrid work arrangement

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to support key transformation initiatives and strengthen organisational effectiveness within a growing international energy trading firm.
Your new role
1. Change Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement
- Contribute to enterprise-wide change initiatives by supporting stakeholder engagement, internal communications, and implementation planning across HR projects.
- Work collaboratively with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and adoption of people-related programs.
2. Organisation Effectiveness & Framework Design
- Support the development and rollout of HR frameworks, tools, and resources that enhance organisational alignment, capability, and culture.
- Contribute to initiatives that shape a unified organisational identity across global offices, especially during periods of strategic expansion.
3. Data-Driven HR Insights
- Gather, analyse, and synthesise qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform program design and continuous improvement.
- Lead follow-through of employee engagement survey (EES) feedback, translating insights into actionable initiatives and tracking progress over time.
4. Culture & Change Initiatives
- Support culture-building efforts to foster a “One Team” mindset across the organisation, particularly in the context of geographic growth
- Coordinate internal initiatives that embed core values and support leadership alignment during transformation phases.
What you will need to succeed
- Minimum of 8-10+ years of change management/ consulting experience
- Experience in other related areas such as HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Human Capital & Organisation Effectiveness (e.g. Organisation Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness, etc) are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions.
- Strong executive-level relationship-building skills.
