My client, who supplies sensors located in Central East, is seeking an Order Fulfilment Specialist who is detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and coordinate all order-related activities, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely fulfilment. This role is critical in supporting our customers’ requirements and driving operational excellence. Reporting to the Manager, there will be a hybrid working arrangement.
Your new role
- Be the primary point of contact for customers on orders and delivery updates.
- Handle large volumes of orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales and Logistics to meet customer timelines and maximise revenue.
- Drive process improvements and support forecasting and inventory planning.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment and delivery management.
- Translate forecasts into actionable shipment and production plans.
- Monitor supply-demand gaps and escalate issues proactively.
- Validate forecasts against actual orders and chase missing purchase orders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and planning, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management and MRP/ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Expertise in order management and forecasting.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and solve problems effectively.
