Your new role

As an Operations/Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of 10 professionals and oversee daily manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for implementing and optimising Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ERP platforms (preferably Odoo), driving data-informed decisions, and ensuring seamless production planning. Your role will also involve leading audits, managing compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry - ideally with products used in the O&G industry
• Strong background in manufacturing engineering and production planning
• Hands-on experience with MES and ERP systems; Odoo expertise is a plus
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and driving continuous improvement
• Experience in audit management and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and operational excellence practices
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
