Operations Manager
Exciting new Operations Manager position in e-Waste solutions company
Your new company
My client is a leading licenced service provider of end-to-end e-waste solutions in Asia. They specialise in electric vehicle (EV) end-of-life lithium-ion battery management and recycling, aiming to maximise economic and environmental welfare through transparent, value-based approaches. Additionally, my client focusses on upcycling initiatives to create more value from e-waste materials and contribute to environmental sustainability by reducing the need for new raw materials' extraction.
Your new role
- Manage daily activities across production and warehouse functions
- Enhance operational efficiency through innovative solutions and refined protocols
- Foster a culture of ongoing growth and development
- Supervise shift-based production staff, promoting a productive and respectful work environment
- Oversee the logistical flow of specialized materials, ensuring optimal storage and output
- Guide the team to achieve performance goals, ensuring adherence to established guidelines
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Mechatronics)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managerial position
- Skilled in streamlining processes and resolving complex challenges
- Effective communicator with strong relationship-building abilities
- Able to connect with team members at all levels
- Gifted in guiding and developing talent to reach full potential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
