• Streamlined Order Flow: Manage the entire delivery process, from initial customer service inquiries to final on-board delivery, collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels with warehouse operators and work closely with distribution and production planners to maintain optimal inventory levels as per agreements.
• Seamless Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with shipping agents, port authorities, and customers to arrange timely deliveries via barge and truck, ensuring adherence to vessel schedules.
• Proactive Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with agents and customers regarding vessel and truck movements, ensuring smooth execution.
• Order Management: Guarantee timely order acknowledgement and execution, ensuring all customer requirements are met.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least a Degree in Supply Chain or related
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Comfortable being on 24/7 standby 2 weeks per month
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
