Your new role

• Provide comprehensive operational support across multiple business lines, including Fixed Income, Commodities, and Equity Derivatives, covering both Asia and international markets

• Perform timely and accurate trade validation of equity derivatives transactions, ensuring alignment between capture sources and risk system booking

• Execute trade control functions, including the review of confirmations, client statements, cash flow reconciliations, and settlement processes.

• Collaborate effectively with Front Office, clients, and internal stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure seamless trade lifecycle support.

• Support internal and external audit processes through the preparation of documentation and facilitation of periodic reviews.
• Prepare management reporting on key risk indicators (KRIs) and track progress on strategic business initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking operations, transaction services, or a related role in financial institution.

• Solid understanding of capital markets and operational controls

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
