Your new role
As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. You will be responsible for managing administrative, facilities, and vendor-related functions while supporting business continuity and operational efficiency across multiple entities. Key responsibilities include overseeing office supplies procurement and inventory management, maintaining fixed assets, and managing vendor relationships, including purchase order processing and budget tracking. You will supervise facilities services such as maintenance, cleaning, and security access, while also coordinating office activities such as archival processes and office moves.
What you'll need to succeed
You should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with business continuity planning, operational processes, and office systems will be advantageous. A high level of attention to detail, adaptability, and a hands-on approach will be key to success in this role.
