Client is an electricity distribution company in Singapore seeking to hire a Metering Data Management personnel
Location
Kallang
Salary
up to $2,800 + enhanced bonus scheme upon completion of milestones
Work Hours
Monday – Friday 8am – 5.30pm
Your New role
• Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems and following up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues
• Perform User acceptance testing for meter reading and billing system changes and upgrade activities
• Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone and emails
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
What you'll need to succeed
• Diploma from a recognized institute
• Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Possess good knowledge in SAP system would be advantageous
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
