About the Role
As the Marketing Manager , you will lead both strategic
and operational marketing activities. You will oversee a team, manage
cross‑channel campaigns, and ensure all marketing initiatives support broader
business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategy
with hands‑on execution in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop
the marketing team to deliver strong performance.
- Drive the development and
execution of integrated marketing plans across digital, content, and
traditional channels.
- Manage brand positioning,
ensuring consistent messaging and communication.
- Oversee campaign planning,
digital marketing initiatives, events, and go‑to‑market activities.
- Provide direction on

- Analyse market insights
and customer data to support business decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with

- Track marketing

What You Need to Succeed
- Degree in Marketing,
Business, Communications, or related discipline.
- Several years of B2B
marketing experience, including demonstrated team leadership.
- Strong people management
skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and guide team members.
- Proven ability to balance
strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
- Excellent communication,
stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Strong organisational
skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
