Your new role

• Oversee the progress of the construction site and uphold the quality of installations in alignment with sanctioned design documents and technical submissions to ensure timely project completion.
• Assess the execution of tasks and products to verify adherence to detailed specifications and project requirements.
• Facilitate the integration of mechanical and electrical schematics and generate Composite Services Drawings (CSD) along with individual service illustrations.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections.
• Ensure the documentation of site inspections and testing & commissioning activities is consistently maintained and current.
• Review and authenticate the completion of tasks and the delivery of materials, determining the status of financial disbursements to mechanical & electrical subcontractors and nominated subcontract (NSC) suppliers, which includes overseeing the preparation of supporting progress documentation by these parties.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Good technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical trades.
• Good knowledge of local codes/ regulations pertaining to M&E services, building construction and safety.
