A leading retail organisation in Singapore is seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics Project Manager to join its Commercial Excellence team. The role plays a critical role in shaping the future of our supply chain and ensuring the efficient delivery of essential goods to millions.

As a Logistics Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and transformative projects within our extensive supply chain network. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, from product leadership to operations, to optimise processes, enhance supply resilience, and deliver significant value. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong ability to manage complex projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring alignment with our 2030 ambition to be Asia's most admired retailer.

Your new role

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain projects, defining clear goals, timelines and resource allocation

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders, understand their requirements and foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams

  • Process Optimisation: Continuously analyse and identify areas for improvements within logistics and supply chain procedures, developing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Change Management: Develop and lead change management plans

  • Performance monitoring: Establish performance metrics, track project progress


What you'll need to succeed

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

  • At least 7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain project management, preferably within a large-scale retail environment

  • A proven track record of successfully delivering complex supply chain projects with measurable results.

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles and best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with supply chain management software and tools

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
