Utilities company looking for a L&D Executive for 1 year

Your new role

• Coordination with multiple stakeholders (e.g. End-users, Trainers, setting owner and operations teams)
• Coordinate and implement the training as needed.
• Identify and deploy training with support of portfolio managers.
• Internal customer consulting (on learning formats, curricula, learning situations and settings) for new training initiatives.
• Coordinating with (e.g. consumer 2nd-level support) team in India
• Assure that appropriate types of training are offered in Singapore in collaboration with HR partners and Managers.
• Act as a point of contact for local training inquiries and provide administrative support to trainers and participants

What you'll need to succeed

• 2 - 3 years experience in L&D or relevant field
• Bachelors in Human Resource or any related field.
