One of the leading semiconductors in Singapore is looking for an experienced IT Change Manager. As they continues its Global Digital Transformation journey, they are seeking a highly motivated Change Manager to lead the change effort in technology department.

Your new role
In this business-critical role, you'll act as the counterpart of the project manager by playing an important role in executing change strategies, processes and enhancing the change experience with the users. You'll be leading all change initiatives as well.

Some of the key responsibilities including:

• Lead the people side of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, in tandem with project/programme manager, and be responsible for the implementation of the change.
• Design and prepare change management plans and ensure delivery drives successful adoption of new processes or technologies.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders at various levels to build support for change initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers in their roles as change sponsors.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified to Degree Level in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Certification in Change Management e.g. PROSCI.
• Possess a minimum of 3-5 years working in inter team communication/ liaison role with other departments or external partners.
• Proven track record in change management portfolio and strategy in multi-vertical settings.
• Experience of working in an IT department has delivered change initiatives related to cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and technology generally.
• Preferably good command of English & Chinese due to business and project needs
• Demonstrate ability to work to multiple deadlines whilst maintaining professional and positive image to business
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
