Your new role

  • Analyse market trends and customer demands to create accurate forecasts and ensure optimal inventory levels.

  • Manage purchase orders and liaise with factories and logistics partners for efficient stock replenishment.

  • Implement strategic allocation plans to ensure optimised inventory across our subsidiaries.

  • Prioritise production orders for critical medical supplies.

  • Oversee inventory accuracy through regular stock reconciliation and data management.

  • Manage sample inventory, ensure timely order fulfilment, and oversee tender business processes.

  • Drive continuous improvement in inventory health metrics for better patient care delivery.

  • Generate reports and analyse data to monitor performance and identify areas for optimisation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.

  • An Excel whiz with expertise in data analysis tools like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.

  • Adept at using Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI for data visualisation.

  • A proven track record of at least 5 years in inventory planning, with experience in a medical or related field is a plus.

  • Experience with large-scale inventory management and familiarity with SAP systems are essential.

  • Regional work experience, especially in Southeast Asia and South Asia, is a strong advantage.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese suppliers.

  • A team player with excellent communication, resilience, and a dependable work ethic.
