The business manages project‑based installations, working closely with customers from planning through to on‑site execution. Your new role

• Overseeing end‑to‑end logistics, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and coordination with suppliers and transport partners
• Managing project operations, from order handover through to installation and completion, including manpower planning and on‑site coordination
• Acting as the key escalation point to ensure high standards of customer service and issue resolution
• Leading and developing a small operation and site team, driving accountability and performance
• Improving operational processes, workflows and cost efficiency within an SME environment
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements across operations and sites

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Operations role within manufacturing, industrial engineering, construction, or project‑based environments
• Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain and inventory management in an SME setting
• Hands‑on experience supporting or overseeing installation or project‑based work
• A customer‑centric mindset with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve operational issues effectively
• Experience leading small teams with a practical, hands‑on leadership style
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance operational detail with strategic thinking
• Experience working in or with Singapore‑based SMEs will be highly advantageous
