Your new role
Strategic HR Leadership Role
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR strategies that align with business objectives and regional goals.
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs across key South East Asian markets, ensuring alignment with local market practices and business needs.
- Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning, in collaboration with country HR teams and business leaders.
- Provide expert insights on regional compensation trends, pay equity, and benchmarking, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Manage HRIS systems to support compensation, benefits, and performance management, ensuring data accuracy and system effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistency and efficiency of reward and performance programs across the region.
- Analyze workforce data and compensation analytics to inform business decisions, and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate training on performance management and compensation policies, and stay updated on regional labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regional HR projects to drive process improvements and best practices.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; IHRP-CP certification a plus.
- 5+ years' HR experience in compensation, benefits, and performance management, with multi-country experience in SEA.
- Proven expertise in HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation structures, and performance management best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Fluency in English required.
