Your new role

As an HR Business Partner Manager, you will take on a strategic yet hands‑on role, providing end‑to‑end HR support to a designated business portfolio. Working closely with senior leaders and HR Centres of Excellence, you will support the execution of people initiatives while ensuring strong HR governance and operational excellence.
This role requires the ability to partner effectively with leaders, navigate complexity, and balance advisory responsibilities with execution. You will be involved in employee relations, performance and development matters, engagement initiatives, and organisational development efforts, while also supporting broader HR projects and leadership requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Building trusted relationships with leaders at all levels, providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, and development issues
  • Advising on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures across manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, and learning & development.
  • Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders to deliver HR programmes, projects, and initiatives
  • Leading employee engagement efforts, including engagement and pulse surveys, and supporting follow-up action planning
  • Supporting organisational development activities such as change management, team effectiveness, and coaching initiatives
  • Managing and developing members of the HR team
  • Supporting the Head of HR in preparing materials for leadership meetings and submissions to internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should bring a minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated experience operating as a Business Partner in a structured or matrixed organisation. Experience in highly regulated or complex environments will be advantageous.

You will be recognised for your:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, people management practices, and organisational development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and evolving environment
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Confidence operating both strategically and operationally
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline is required.
