A financial services firm headquartered in London, United Kingdom is looking for a HRBP
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Head of HR Advisory, APAC, the HRBP will be required to partner the business management in the delivery of their strategic business plans by developing, advising and aligning people strategies and plans to organisational goals.
You will also manage cross-borders as well as complex employee issues including but not limited to restructuring, redundancies, executive contract/performance management, managerial/employee coaching, compromise agreements, disciplinary and grievance cases.
In addition, you will develop, review and support rolling out of regional HR policy and processes across APAC and support the Group’s people data and analytics requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum bachelor degree in business management / human resource with 5 years of business partnering experience mainly in financial services.
Candidate with experience in workday preferred.
