Your new role

Reporting directly to the HR Team lead, you’ll be responsible for HRBP duties which include operational work and also welfare engagement. You’ll be collaborating with COEs, providing market value proposition and also formulate strategies in all areas of HR to support business growth.

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success in this highly visible role, you will need:

• Proven experience in a HRBP Role

• The ability to liaise with key stakeholders within the organisation

• Outstanding organisational skills and good team player

• Comfort with numbers and excel
