Your new role

• Working with the Regional HR Manager in managing, rolling out and executing global and regional HR projects across SEA in alignment with corporate strategies.
• Partnering with key stakeholders including HQ HR, Regional Management, Local HR leaders, and external partners for the implementation and delivery of HR projects.
• Preparation, analysis and consolidation of HR data and reports for management when required.
• Projects scope may include:
  o Compensation & Benefits (Job Grading, Salary Benchmarking)
  Address turnover rates, manage compensation, salary benchmarking, and spearheading ESG initiatives for productivity and wellness
  Conducted in-depth salary benchmarking and developed competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top-tier talent, effectively reducing attrition rates.
  
  o Talent Management (Training & Succession Planning)
  Collaborated with Senior Directors to formulate comprehensive talent management policies, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and industry best practices
  Created standardised frameworks for talent review processes and succession planning initiatives
  Strategically developed and executed talent retention programmes for professionals, resulting in improved career progression pathways and increased retention rates
  Successfully led the implementation of an organisation-wide competency framework, coordinating the assessment across diverse technical roles
  Partnered with business divisions to implement organisational development initiatives, focusing on operating models and work processes optimisation

What you'll need to succeed

• Human Resource in any relevant or related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to experience in HR, Operations, or Organizational Management.
