Our client in the local healthcare industry is looking for a senior HR manager for their shared service department.

Your new role

Reporting to the head of shared service, your job scope includes but not limited to the following:

• Oversee the data management, HR Payment(non-payroll) and claims administration functions in HR Shared Services.
• Serve as the Data Steward for HR system (Employee Central, Onboarding & Claims) in ensuring data accuracy & integrity.
• Serve as the Product Owner for Pfile Digitalisation and oversee vendors, payment and Pfile server related matters.
• Accountable for SLA deliverables and achievement of the division work plan.
• Lead projects, streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactively engage stakeholders on service-related matters

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience in shared service
• Strong HR system, MS Office, SharePoint knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
