Your new role
As the HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing core HR processes that underpin the employee lifecycle. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records, prepare formal HR documentation, and support compliance with employment-related activities. A key part of your role will involve coordinating work pass applications and providing operational support for relocation and immigration matters.
You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Your responsibilities will also include generating HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and regulatory requirements. This role offers exposure to both operational and strategic HR initiatives, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and cross-border practices.
What you'll need to succeed
You bring 4–6 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, ideally within a multinational environment. You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Your understanding of Singapore employment regulations and HR compliance is solid, and experience supporting employee mobility is a distinct advantage.
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, or Unit4.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
High level of professionalism and discretion
