Your new company
The client is a Financial Service Institution providing global services, headquartered overseas. They are looking for a HR professional to join their expanding HR team.
Your new role
You will be involved in the end-to-end HR lifecycle including recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, as well as on-boarding/off-boarding. You will also be involved in ad-hoc regional HR projects as well as matters relating to MAS licencing.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need at least 6 years experience in HR, as well as:
- Experience working within the Financial Services industry
- Familiarity with MAS licencing
- (bonus) Regional working exposure
