A manufacturing organisation is looking for a 3-6 months support
Your new role
- Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external payroll/HR administration providers to ensure seamless and compliant service delivery.
- Oversee monthly payroll input and approval processes, verifying accuracy of data before submission to the vendor.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, etc.) by managing vendor instructions and internal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies, escalating issues when needed to Legal or external counsel.
- Maintain accurate employee records and reports, coordinating updates across internal systems and vendor platforms.
