Our client is a leading healthcare provider in Singapore, providing comprehensive and integrated healthcare services to patients. They are looking for a HR Manager that looks into benefits and employee engagement to join the growing team.
Your new role
The HR Manager is designed to support the organization’s Benefits and Wellness (B&W) strategy, partnering with different healthcare institutions to deliver workplans and key initiatives collectively.
As a team lead, the incumbent will provide supervision and coaching to the junior team members and lead and manage HR projects in collaboration with other HR functions where required.
Your job scope includes but not limited to the following:
- Lead the Benefits and Wellness (B&W) strategies to organise and execute quality programs and initiatives in alignment with the HR workplans;
- Establish the award criteria and facilitate the reviews for the various award panels.
- Manage cluster’s benefits (including Long Service Awards);
- Participate and support committees in organising the cluster’s key events, such as Tribute Nites, Annual Dinner and Dance, Nurses’ Day.
- Represent cluster to partner with other clusters and union in CA negotiation, discussions and benefit related renewal matters;
- Provide advice and solutions to address issues relating to B&W faced by HR;
- Ensure consistent HR processes and policies that support the business and comply with local regulations and group requirements;
- Provide supervision to junior team members on operational matters and issues, coaching them to become independent and credible COE partners;
- Manage and lead other projects where assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resource or business related fields.
Minimum 8 years of relevant HR working experience in large organisations, particularly in project coordination work. Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
Proven people management experience with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, particularly in written communication
