German engineering firm with APAC HQ in Singapore is looking for a HR Manager
Your new role
Individual contributor, reporting to the Managing Director (APAC), the HR manager will be handling the day-to-day operations of the HR department and carry out responsibilities in the entire employee life cycle which includes talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation.
The HR manager will cover the region of Singapore, Japan, Korea, India & China.
In addition, the HR manager will look into the current HR policies, draft and review employee handbook, make sure it stays up to date with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. He/She will ensure HR practices are aligned with legal requirements and best practices for all locations.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in similar industry.
Proficient in Infotech preferred.
Experience in develop HR policies & practices from scratch are preferred as well.
Candidate will also be required to handle night calls.
