Your new company

A medical device manufacturing company with headquarters in the US is currently looking for an APAC HR Manager to lead the HR team to oversee and support the business on all HR related matters, including oversight of HR Operations and HR Business Partnering.

Your new role

Reporting to the HR Director based in Australia, you will be leading the team as the Regional HR Manager, overseeing HR operations, recruitment, talent acquisition and performance management portfolio.

You will be supporting on HRBP needs within APAC and you will be given opportunities to work on exciting regional HR projects that the company carries out, and you will be deeply involved in the strategic development of the company.

• Leading the scaling and refinement of HR processes, implementing best practices, and enhancing the employee journey.
• Drive talent initiatives for the APAC team, focusing on employee engagement and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage internal initiatives, assess salary levels, and maintain accurate record-keeping.
• Develop strong relationships with the APAC team, addressing HR and talent needs.
• Stay informed on compensation trends, employment law, and technology.
• Provide dedicated HR advisory services, anticipate and resolve people-related issues, and enhance onboarding processes.
• Regularly review the benefits and contribute to global engagement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum University Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar industry with regional exposure
• HRIS System knowledge – Workday, preferred
• Leadership experience
• Willing to travel overseas
