Our client is a global leader in commercial vehicle solutions, delivering innovative logistics answers worldwide. They are looking for an HR Executive to join their growing HR team.
Your new role
- Oversee day-to-day operations and administration
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and relations
- Handle work pass administration and tracking
- Maintain HRIS and Travel Management Systems
- Coordinate training programs and grants
- Support HR welfare and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Develop and implement HR programs
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years of HR operational experience (blue-collar worker experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and Singapore labor laws
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make decisions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, integrity-driven, and adaptable
- Ability to manage diverse issues and priorities
- International experience and multicultural competence
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
