They are part of a large, globally diversified conglomerate with a significant presence in 67 countries, enabling them to facilitate complex international trade and investment activities.
Your new role
In this exciting role, you will manage the payroll lifecycle for expatriate employees in Singapore, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. In addition, you will collaborate with global teams and vendors, process salary-related payments, and facilitate audits. You will also handle education subsidy claims, income tax compliance, and onboarding/offboarding processes, providing guidance and support to expatriate employees throughout their assignment.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Fluency in Japanese.
Payroll and income tax experience is preferred.
We require a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, a meticulous approach, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). SAP experience is a plus.
