Take on a new challenge at a leading global bank firm looking for immediate starter on a 1-year contract with a salary range of $3,800 - $5,000 per month.

Your new role

Ready to embark on something bigger? You’ll be responsible for the following:

• Manage and Support HR Compliance Administration & Controls.
• Ensure compliance to all regulatory statutes – MAS, MOM and internal regulations.
• Manage & monitor updates/ reviews with relevant stakeholders for internal policy & procedures.
• Conduct monthly basic individual ACRA checks for all employees.
• Prepare Overtime (OT) Report and seek OT exemption from MAS.
• Conduct reference checks for both ex-employees and new hires.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.
• 2 – 3 years of experiences in HR Compliance.
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
• Immediately available candidates would be highly preferred.
