A growing market leader is currently looking for a HR Business Partner to be part of their team to provide support to external senior management and employees. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.

Your new role

You will be part of the HR team as a HR Business Partner looking after providing advice on HR related issues, performance management as well as talent management. You would display a good understanding of people strategy and its plans. Comfortable to manage senior stakeholders and to provide relevant HR advise.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

• 4–5 years of prior experience as a HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
• Business partnering on all their people-related needs across the full spectrum of HR
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• An independent individual with a bubbly attitude that is keen to grow their HR career
