Your new role
As a key member of the HRBPP team, you will be responsible for the full employee life cycle of your business unit from recruitment to exit. You will work closely with various senior business stakeholders to support their manpower challenges and drive projects. You will also be managing a small team and handling HR Operations. This role will be reporting into the Assistant Director.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced HR Business Partner who has at least 3 years of HRBP experience and partnered stakeholders at the senior level. You'll also have experience in collaborating with various stakeholders as an influential partner, and strong communication skills. You are comfortable being both hands on in HR operations and driving projects at a strategic level.
