A French-based pharmaceutical company is looking for a HR Admin Manager.

Your new role

Reporting to the General Manager based in Singapore, the HR Admin Manager will be required to perform the following task but not limited to:

HR Administration:
•Acting as the primary contact for local authorities and managing HR-related enquiries.
•Maintaining employee records and coordinating with payroll vendors.
•Handling personnel costs, budgeting and tax-related responsibilities.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding:
•Coordinating the entire recruitment process and assisting in onboarding new hires.
•Conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding procedures.

Employee Relations:
•Addressing employee enquiries and supporting issue resolution.
•Assisting with employee engagement and CSR programs.

Training and Development:
•Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.

Performance Management:
•Supporting HRBP with performance review and compensation review processes.

Office Facility Management and Administration:
•Managing office operations, facilities, and vendors.
•Handling office legalities and managing office and IT assets.
•Overseeing office layout planning and maintaining a positive work environment.

Office Vendor Management & Procurement:
•Building and managing vendor relationships.
•Overseeing procurement of office supplies and services.

Additional Responsibilities:
•Coordinating with global teams for IT campaigns.
•Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

What you'll need to succeed

This role requires a broad range of skills including HR knowledge, administrative capabilities, vendor management, and coordination across multiple functions. It's crucial to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a supportive environment for employees while managing various operational aspects of the office.

A minimum bachelor degree with 5–8 years of experience as well as someone with regional and start-up experience.
