A German custodian bank is looking for an HR admin (3 days work week) to support their operations team.

Your new role

Ready to embark on something bigger? You’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Handle all concur enquiries & expenses check.
  • Year-end leave entitlement entries for all employee.
  • Employment passes tracking and renewal.
  • Assist with offboarding preparations.
  • Assist with events logistics and coordination.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experienced in administration & HR work with at least 3 years experience.
  • Knows the processes of employment pass renewal.
  • Immediately available applicants would be preferred.
