A reputable holding company here in Singapore is looking for a Head of Strategy to take on a key leadership role.

Your new role

Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, you will be responsible for setting the strategic agenda of the group company. You will play a key role in defining its portfolio strategy and translating its priorities into executive by its various business leaders. You will also look at performance tracking tools and review the performance of portfolio companies and work with the various CFOs and strategy leads to ensure that KPIs, financial metrics and transformation goals are achieved throughout the group. You will also provide challenge and input as part of board and committee engagements, helping guide decision-making on key strategic initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You are someone with at least 15 years of relevant working experience, ideally in strategy consulting and/or in-house corporate strategy roles in investment/holding companies. You have solid transformation experience and a keen interest and passion in global developments. You will demonstrate strong learning agility to take on various industries, and be experienced in dealing with senior stakeholders and the ability to negotiate, influence and have solid interpersonal skills.
