Head of Platform for regional B2B platform in SG | Aligning product, tech, & operations to deliver efficient

You will be working with a regional HR technology and services company that helps businesses manage and scale their workforce operations across multiple Asian markets.

Your new role
As the head of Platform, you will be taking on a builder role — someone who focuses on structure, clarity, and scalable systems, and who is comfortable working closely with Technology, Product, and Operations to create an end‑to‑end delivery framework that consistently performs.
  • You will be translating business goals into a clear, execution‑ready platform roadmap, ensuring priorities are aligned with operational needs and long‑term scalability.
  • Defining product capabilities that enhance compliance, transparency, workflow automation, and operational efficiency, ensuring the platform supports predictable, high‑quality service delivery.
  • Balancing innovation with operational practicality, making sure new features and improvements strengthen—not strain—the service delivery engine.
  • Ensuring accurate, timely multi‑market payroll and benefits delivery by strengthening SOPs, operational controls, and documentation, while improving onboarding and activation turnaround times.
  • Reducing cost‑to‑serve through automation, workflow redesign, and system improvements, creating a scalable operating environment that supports growth without increasing complexity.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 10+ years in B2B tech‑enabled services, SaaS + services, digital operations, or similar environments.
  • Experience leading Product/Engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to align product strategy with operational scalability.
  • Strong understanding of customer‑journey workflows and lifecycle design.
  • A systems‑thinking mindset with strong execution discipline.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally and resolving competing priorities.
  • Commercial awareness around efficiency, margin, and cost‑to‑serve.
