Your new company

A growing market leader is currently looking for Head of People to be part of their team to oversee and support the business on all HR related matters. You would also be supporting Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.

Your new role

You will be spearheading the HR team as Head of People looking after strategic talent acquisition framework, developing company culture, developing in-depth talent development and succession planning framework. You would be responsible for driving and championing HR functions/initiatives within the organisation. Additionally, you will also be leading a team of 4 HR personnel.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

• Strong stakeholder management and strategic experience in previous roles
• Individual who has strong experience in a start-up environment
• Have prior team management experience
• Has developed strategic framework for TA, TM, TD and OD before
