Your new role

• Leading and overseeing end-to-end operations across multiple sites and regions
• Driving operational excellence, ensuring KPIs related to cost, service, and productivity are consistently achieved
• Managing large, cross-functional teams and building a high-performance operational culture
• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders including commercial, network, and finance teams to support business growth
• Driving digitalisation and automation initiatives within operations

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping operations, with significant leadership exposure
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of transport, warehousing, and fulfilment operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and develop large teams across multiple locations
• Experience in driving operational transformation, process improvement, and cost optimisation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is advantageous)
